Winter Workouts

 

Winter workouts will be held at Bobby Valentine's Sports Academy and the YWCA, with locations assigned based on grade and last year's team participation. Please click on the Winter Workouts tab at the bottom of this page for info and the option to pay by credit card.

The deadline to register & pay is December 27

While participation in winter workouts is a great way to improve your skills and prepare for tryouts,

it does not guarantee a spot on a team.
